The Pew Charitable Trusts,
one of the United States' largest private foundations, is sponsoring
a program to provide support for young scientists from Latin America
for post-doctoral training in the United States. The Program is
intended to provide such individuals with an opportunity to further
their scientific knowledge, promote scientific exchange and collaboration
between investigators in the U.S. and Latin America, and advance
basic scientific research in Latin America.
